Cloudflare currently recommends its Workers-ready Next.js flow with vinext for new Next.js applications. Cloudflare also documents OpenNext as a path for existing applications that need it.

Deployment note

Use the Cloudflare C3 command to scaffold a Workers-ready project, then deploy with the generated Wrangler scripts.
